Relevancy of Results

When searching the SUMMIT Voyager Catalog from within RefWorks, display results are unable to be displayed by relevancy because the Z39.50 protocol has no direct Internet connection to databases.

To utilize SUMMIT's ability to display the records by relevancy, we recommend searching SUMMIT from an alternate browser window and exporting the results to RefWorks.

Microsoft Word - bibliography output?

Sometimes when chosing Microsoft Word as an output option, the system appears to "hang" without an actual output.

Usually going back and chosing Microsoft Word as an option again will produce the document; sometimes you may have to try multiple times. RefWorks Support also recommends clearing the browser cache to solve this issue.
